Team Building and Team Working Every professional, manager or executive should know as to how to build the teams and also work as one of the team members. Team building and team working are star competencies in today's organizations or today's world of interdependence.
System of Interdependence and Synergy In highly competitive environment an organization needs “synergy” i.e. component elements in an organization should interact in such a manner that the outcome is a multiplier effect rather than an arithmetic sum total. It is possible only through the team work in the organization because every one ultimately works in a system of interdependence.
Synergy Normally, 1 + 1 = 2 But some times when you work as a “team”, 1 + 1 may become 11. It may well become 111. That is “synergy”. It is synchronized energy. It is a multiplier effect. It is growth in geometric progression or even, exponential.
